Can I switch plans later?+
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge for the rest of the current cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current cycle so you keep what you paid for.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Any major credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through Stripe. For your own customers, MyRavex supports card payments, cash, e-Transfer, Zelle, check and bank transfer.
Do you offer refunds?+
Subscription fees are non-refundable except for billing errors, duplicate charges, or where local consumer law requires a cooling-off period. Email support@myravex.com within 30 days of the charge.
What happens after my trial ends?+
After 30 days your account automatically converts to the plan you picked at signup. We email you 3 days before the trial ends so there are no surprises. Cancel anytime in Settings.
Is my data secure?+
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256) on Supabase infrastructure. We never sell your data and you can export or delete it at any time.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Absolutely. Cancel in one click from Settings → Plan & Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle so you keep access to what you paid for.
Do you charge transaction fees on top of Stripe?+
No. We do not add a percentage on top of Stripe payouts. You only pay Stripe their standard processing fee (2.9% + 30¢ in US and Canada). 100% of the rest lands in your bank account.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?+
Yes — annual plans are 15% off. Basic is $25/mo, Pro is $41/mo and Ultra is $84/mo when billed yearly (USD).
